I'm hearing about a lot of ballots, extras or seconds, printed by a ballot printer in MI that were shipped to a PO in New York, where they were "filled out", then shipped to PA. Can we get a confirmation of this? And if it's true, obviously this is illegal. Aren't official ballot printers required to keep an official accounting of what, how many, and where sent? Surely the folks in PA don't think they can actually count ballots produced this way, right?
